The use of reflective powder: screen printing method

Water - based screen printing and oil-based screen printing

Reflective powder can be directly added to the light oil, even (can be appropriate to add additives to enhance fastness), with 80-100 mesh screen printing.

Oily screen printing method two

It can be directly added to ink, made into reflective ink, screen printing or brush coated on fabric or other articles, easy to use and operate, easy to master. The amount added depends on the brightness of the reflection.

Oily screen printing method three

First bottom coating printing paste, surface coating reflective paste, drying and curing reflective paste preparation: according to the amount of reflective powder weighing with solvent (ring has ketone) into paste, and then add to the transparent printing paste, uniform use. The use of reflective powder: spraying method

1. Paint reflective primer first, and then spray reflective finish after reflective primer is dry. If the cement surface construction, it is recommended to spray two reflective primer effect is better

2. It is recommended to use W-71 spray gun (nozzle ￠1.50mm), primer spray gun pressure of about 2.0kg /cm2, finish paint spray gun pressure of about 3.0kg/cm2

3. During construction, the spray gun and the surface should be kept 18cm, the spray gun Angle is 45°, and the spray film layer should be thin to achieve good effect.

For unknown substrate, small area trial in advance

4. Do not work in rain, fog, snow and other bad weather, which will affect the fastness.



Matters needing attention

1. Clean the construction surface before use, the surface is free from oil and dry.

2. The reflective primer and reflective finish must be stirred evenly before construction; Paint process to keep stirring, in order to prevent reflective powder precipitation.

3. Use aluminum silver powder as the base, or add a small amount of silver powder in the reflective powder, the reflective effect will be better!
